Return conditions

Dear customer, We would like to inform you about the return policy for My Natural Skincare products:

1. Right of withdrawal:

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, so you have the option to return the product for any reason within 14 days of purchase.

Please note:

⁃ the product should be in its original packaging,

⁃ be in unopened condition

⁃ and returned to us with all accessories and the delivery note.

You bear the costs and risks of returning the goods.

We will refund the price of the returned product within 14 days.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

In some cases we unfortunately cannot accept returns, for example if the product packaging is damaged or the product has been opened.

3. Shipping and notification of defects:

If there is a problem with the delivery, please inform us immediately. If you have received a faulty product, please send it back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and the delivery note and describe the problem in detail. You also bear the cost and risk of the return shipment.
